STORE POLICIES Our overall policy is to supply good used and new parts for Vintage Jaguars and stand behind them. If you have a question on the parts shipped to you, simply pick up the phone, call 866-373-6364. One exception: Electronic parts are not returnable for any reason. Be sure you have established the trouble before you order them as they are yours forever when you purchase them. We test and check these parts and only sell parts that are working. Most times, electronic parts are part of a chain and other items may be involved also in solving your problem. If you are not sure, please call me, I may know something you need to know. On all other parts, you can have 7 days to notify me if you suspect a part is not good. If we cannot supply another part, I simply refund your money less shipping and handling, via Pay-Pal. Just like any other parts source, shipping both ways is your responsibility. We do not refund shipping charges. If I mis-ship a part, I pay postage both ways. If you return a part that is good, a 20% restocking and handling fee is deducted. Please, please, do not abuse our policy by ordering and replacing part until you find what the trouble is!
